Wow. Comprised of nearly 500 looping clips and created as an interactive art installation displayed in the elevator of the Standard Hotel in New York, this looping vid illustrating the ascent from hell to heaven is amazing. Every time I watch it I find new handfuls of recognizable clips from new films and old: classics, award winners, and genre favorites… no flick is safe. Not quite sure how Crush Interactive, creator of the piece, is getting away with the mega-mashup from a copyright perspective… but in the end – who cares! It’s awesome! Link. Direct Download.
